ConnectiKids is being named Heads Up! Hartford’s 2019 Guiding Star Award winner.
ConnectiKids has been partnered with Heads Up! Hartford since 2013. Heads up! Hartford is a week long summer camp uniting urban and suburban youth to improve our communities and develop as leaders. Their mission is to promote diversity and inclusion, develop leaders and teach social emotional skills and strengthen our community.
Next Month they will be hosting their Gathering of the Hearts Celebration where ConnectiKids will receive the Guiding Star Award. The Guiding Star Award recognizes an extraordinary individual or organization that has had a positive, lasting impact on Heads Up! Hartford’s ability to carry out its mission.
We are so honored to be receiving this award and so grateful the long standing partnership we have with Heads Up! Hartford.
