#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving. One of the best ways to get involved is in your own community.

This Giving Tuesday we challenge you all to give back to your community by supporting ConnectiKids! There are many ways to give. Show us how you give by using the hashtag #GivingWithConnectiKids on Social Media!

Want to join in supporting education with ConnectiKids Inc? We are raising money to provide healthier snack options for our students to ensure better brain function during the day. Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate $5 or $500. Every little bit helps! Challenge your friends and family to #GivewithConnectiKids! Challenge 10 people to donate $10 each, then have them pass on the challenge! Thank you for your support.

*Become a Mentor

At its most basic level, mentoring helps because it guarantees a young person that there is someone who cares about them. A child is not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges.
Think back. Did you know how to study for a test or make plans for college? Do you remember wanting your first car or looking for a part-time job? Simple things that seem easy or straightforward to you now may appear to be a complete mystery to a young person.
Mentors provide their mentees with an experienced friend who is there to help in any number of situations.

Interested in becoming a mentor? Please email our Program Coordinators Kiera Steele ksteele@ct-kids.org  Claudio Matos cmatos@ct-kids.org with the subject New Mentor
